shirts came very fast and in good condition. the app used to track the order is hot garbage. its easier to click on a tracking number than to install a 3rd party app that i have to trust just to track an order. i installed the app, checked the status periodically, after a week of no updates (it said something like 'waiting on info from seller'), i sent email asking about when package will be shipping. reply email was very fast saying package was already delivered, after investigating, it turned out package was delivered to my neighbor. meanwhile, the app still showed it hadnt shipped yet. a simple tracking number would have saved time on both ends of this transaction. are yall getting paid for the tracking app to mine customer data ?
We are so sorry to hear about this! Unfortunately, we've recently experienced an issue with our shipping software not communicating tracking information to our website. Typically you would receive automatic e-mails from us notifying you when your order ships, is out for delivery, and when it is delivered. This issue has since been fixed. The Route app is an optional package insurance that can be removed from your order.
