Introduced in 1969, Mr. Owl was supposed to help us answer one of life's greatest mysteries: How many licks does it take to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Pop? But, even the wise Mr. Owl couldn't resist biting in!
We wanted to show our love to Mr. Owl for trying to solve this riddle anyway - so we've featured this classic Tootsie Pop mascot and the "How Many Licks?" text on this 70s inspired graphic tee. To complete the vintage look and feel of this funny candy shirt - we've distressed the graphic and printed it on a soft, short-sleeve tee.
