Not the best of first impressions
I ordered the Dr. Pepper ringer t-shirt which had been sold-out for a while. I was so excited when I got the alert that it was back in stock! However, when I received the item, there was a print defect. I emailed the inform about the print defect and went through that whole process of getting a new item shipped to me and me shipping the shirt withe the print defect back. It was done timely enough, but it was still in inconvenience. Since this was my first experience with Tee Luv, I was a bit surprised that I wasn't offered a token of appreciation for the inconvenience - a "$5 off your next shirt", something. This hasn't left the best of impressions, so I'll have to think otherwise when it comes to future t-shirts.
